Randall Commercial Group, LLC is a commercial real estate firm specializing in investment brokerage, tenant representation, commercial development site selection, commercial leasing, development consulting, and general brokerage for commercial real estate and land. Our focus is clear: helping clients create and preserve wealth through strategic real estate decisions and investments. We serve both individual and institutional clients by diligently developing a thorough understanding of two key components: 1) the client’s current real estate holdings and 2) future real estate investment goals or end user needs. This approach helps us clearly see where the client is presently and where they want to be in the future. We strive to maximize the potential of properties the client currently owns and aggressively pursue properties that meet the client’s specific needs and wealth building strategy going forward. Through our development consulting practice group, we partner with developers to pursue opportunities, primarily build to suit investments. By focusing on a wide range of properties, we are better able to accommodate a diverse set of client interests whether a small single tenant property or a large mixed-use development, thereby helping to make direct ownership of real estate possible for large, as well as, small investors and end users.

 

RCG focuses on the Southeastern United States region in a price range of under $10 million, but is open to evaluating opportunities that exist outside our core focus. Although our role in transactions varies from representing buyers, sellers, tenants, owners, and end users to creating development opportunities, our focus is consistent: helping our clients create and preserve wealth through strategic real estate decisions and investments. In addition to providing brokerage services, we also offer property management so that our clients may enjoy the benefits of directly owning investment real estate, while minimizing the hassle of day-to-day property management. Randall Commercial Group provides other commercial real estate services such as tenant representation, site selection, raw land development and marketing, and property disposition.
