Elizabeth J. Randall , President

Elizabeth Randall, Randall Commercial Group imageElizabeth serves as President of the Randall Commercial Group, LLC. She is involved with every deal and every client in which the company is engaged. Elizabeth started her career in New York City as a risk analyst on a mergers and acquisitions team for private equity clients where she focused on the liability side of transactions. After returning to the South, she worked in Memphis as a stock analyst researching healthcare and consumer staples stocks, gaining experience with investment analysis and economic forecasting. Further pursuing investment research and asset allocation, she worked as a global real estate specialist focusing on publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REITs) and real estate limited partnerships, where she developed an understanding for the dynamics of global real estate and credit markets. She holds Bloomberg Financial Product Certifications in equity and fixed income. She has direct experience with real estate investment properties through her own commercial real estate holding company, Randall Real Estate Investments, LLC. In addition to her work with Randall Commercial Group, Elizabeth is an adjunct instructor of real estate and corporate finance at the University of Mississippi. She is currently pursing the CCIM designation.

Elizabeth graduated from the University of Mississippi Cum Laude with an M.B.A. She also received a B.B.A from Ole Miss double majoring in Managerial Finance and Banking with an emphasis in Real Estate. As an undergraduate, she was the recipient of the Swayze Award from the Mississippi Young Bankers’ Association.

Originally from Leland, Mississippi, Elizabeth resides in Oxford, Mississippi with her husband, daughter, and son where they are members of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church. She serves as the President of the Ole Miss MBA Alumni Board, is the philanthropy advisor for Delta Gamma sorority, is a member of the Ole Miss Real Estate Advisory Board, and is a trustee for the Clint and Ellen Ann Johnson Foundation. She enjoys fly fishing, painting, playing tennis, competing in runs and triathlons, and mentoring students. In 2008, she received the Outstanding Young MBA Alumnus Award.

Randall Commercial Group, LLC’s office is located at the University of Mississippi’s Insight Park, which is a newly opened 65,000 square foot facility to house technology and research-based companies.  Elizabeth serves as the Executive-in-Residence for Insight Park whereby she mentors young, growing companies.     http://www.insightparkum.com/index.html

Joe D. Pegram , Vice-President

Joe currently serves as Vice President of Randall Commercial Group, LLC.  Joe works throughout the Southeast representing and assisting institutional and individual buyers, sellers,  national tenants and developers.  A majority of his time is spent on site selection for tenants and developers, investor representation, and property disposition.  He is able to offer a tailored approach to each client’s specific needs and help guide a deal from its inception to its completion and further.  Joe is a licensed broker in MS, TN, AL, AR and LA and works with clients throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining Randall Commercial Group, Joe resided inWashington D.C.where he worked with commercial and residential investments and acquisitions and managed over thirty-five investment properties throughout the DC, VA, and MD region.  Joe became engaged in real estate at a young age as he assisted his family in managing their real estate investment portfolio.  He also has direct experience with real estate investments through his own holding company, Pegram Real Estate Investments, LLC.

Joe is a graduate from The University of Mississippi where he received a BBA in Banking and Finance with a minor in Real Estate and was the recipient of the C.C. Eason Scholarship for excellence in the banking and finance program.  After gaining work experience in Washington D.C. and Lake Tahoe, California, Joe returned to The University of Mississippi and received a Master of Business Administration degree. Joe is a life member of the Sigma Chi fraternity and a member of Oxford University United Methodist Church.  He spent his early childhood in Oxford, MS before moving to Memphis to attend Memphis University School.  Joe stays very involved with MUS Emerging Leaders Young Alumni Group, Ole Miss Alumni Association, Cystic Fibrosis Charity, CCIM TN and MS Chapters and ICSC.

Joe enjoys traveling and spending time with his large family, including his parents, three sisters, two brothers-in-law, two nephews, and two nieces. In his free time, he is active in outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, playing golf, and attending sporting events.

Coleman Morrison

Coleman Morrison imageR. Coleman Morrison is a commercial broker with Randall Commercial Group, LLC. He is heavily involved with investment property analysis, various types of commercial leasing, commercial office buildings, site selection, gross lease property management, and market research.

Coleman graduated from University of Mississippi with a B.B.A majoring in Real Estate and minoring in Management. While at Ole Miss, he was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity and served the chapter as Rush Chairman. Coleman is also a member of the Ole Miss Real Estate Finance Association.

Coleman grew up in Vicksburg, Mississippi where he first became interested in the commercial real estate industry by learning basic principles from his father who was active in commercial real estate investments.  This experience was the initial spark for his interest in real estate which led him to pursue a career in commercial, investment real estate. Outside of real estate, Coleman enjoys outdoor activities such as mountain biking, fishing, golfing, tennis, and soccer.

Ben Johnson

Ben Johnson is a commercial broker with Randall Commercial Group. He is heavily involved with the land practice group and tenant site selection, focusing on agricultural and recreational land brokerage. He graduated from University of Mississippi with a B.A. Ben has been involved directly with recreational land management for nearly a decade and has direct experience with commercial property investments. Ben grew up in the Mississippi Delta and is a life long outdoorsman, which has encouraged his interest in the land practice group.
