Brian P. Phillips, CCIM

Vice President

Brian serves as the Principal Broker, within the listed states: MS, AL, AR, GA, LA, MO, NC, SC, and TN, for Randall Commercial Group, LLC. Along with his duties as Principal Broker, Brian’s primary focus is single tenant net lease acquisition and disposition, investment sales, development site selection and consulting, healthcare real estate, sale leaseback transactions, and landlord & tenant representation. Brian represents a diverse list of clients ranging from investment property owners and purchasers, medical users, developers, shopping center landlords, and retailers. Brian’s past brokerage experience allows him to find creative real estate solutions to meet his client’s unique property and investment needs. He also helps clients to manage their real estate assets to achieve a greater return on their investment.

Brian joined Randall Commercial Group, LLC in the summer of 2013 after working in commercial real estate in New Orleans, LA. He leads the company’s Net Lease Practice Group and works on many of the company’s investment property transactions including medical sale leaseback investments, STNL investments, shopping center lease-ups and dispositions, and multifamily-student housing investments. He also works with developers on site selection and consulting. Brian also has experience representing retailers and medical tenants in finding space and negotiating the best possible deal for their respective businesses.

Brian received his B.B.A. from the University of Mississippi majoring in Real Estate. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Brian now lives in Oxford, MS with his wife Catherine, who is a pediatrician with Lafayette Pediatric Clinic, and his son Patrick. Brian is member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and the LOU Ole Miss Alumni Association. Brian enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and attending Ole Miss sporting events.
