Stutts began his Commercial Real Estate career in 2001. During this time his responsibilities have included: Negotiation, consultation; Site selection and acquisition; Financial, market feasibility studies and analyses; Concept roll out: Competitive analysis; Sales and marketing oversight; Lease planning and development; Investments strategy for Medical and Retail: Business development. Additionally, he’s provided corporate services in 30 states.

Stutts thrives on managing complex projects balancing their various risks, exposures and opportunities to maximize value for RCG’s Clients. He continues to achieve meaningful results through his ability to develop new insights and cultivate lasting relationships.

Stutts is a graduate of Tulane University where he majored in Studio Arts. He lives in a very loud house with his sweet Wife and four Sons.

Stutts’ civic involvement includes: serving on the boards of YMCA Downtown Birmingham and the Magic City Art Connection. He is a member of City of Mountain Brook Villages Design review committee and is an assistant scoutmaster for Boy Scouts of America.
